Who We Are
NEA Aero is the aviation division of Neatly Nea Sdn Bhd, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through this website.
Information We Receive
If you submit an RFQ or contact us, we may receive your name, company, contact details, aircraft or parts requirement, and other information you choose to provide. We also receive limited technical information that is normally sent by your browser when visiting a website.
How We Use It
We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess sourcing requirements, communicate about a potential transaction, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not use an RFQ submission to make unrelated marketing contact without a lawful basis to do so.
Optional Analytics
With your preference, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregated website use and improve the experience. This may include pages viewed, interaction categories, approximate device or browser information and traffic-source information. We do not intentionally send RFQ fields, contact details, free-text requirements, RFQ references or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics. Analytics is optional: RFQ, security and core site functions work if you reject it, and you can change or withdraw your preference at any time through the link in the site footer.
Service Providers
Our RFQ form is operated by NEA Aero and uses Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse protection and Resend to deliver RFQ emails to our sales mailbox. Google Analytics is used only with the optional preference described above. These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the relevant website function, and their systems may process information outside Malaysia.
Retention and Sharing
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, potential transaction, legal or accounting requirements, and legitimate business records. We may share information with relevant suppliers, service providers, advisers or logistics parties only where needed to progress a request or meet a legal obligation.
